The Tipsy Robot is a bar with two robot bartenders in Las Vegas. The bar is located in the Miracle Mile Shops on the Las Vegas Strip.

The robot bartenders are on platform surrounded by everything they need to create a custom drink including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and ice. The two robotic arms can mimic the actions of a human bartender such as shaking a martini or muddling a mojito. It takes the robots only 60 to 90 seconds to make each drink and they can produce up to 120 cocktails per hour. When the robots are not making drinks, they slice fruit for garnishes or dance.

Guests order their drinks on one of 33 tablets. To order, you log in, create a user profile, explore the drink menu,  make a selection, and pay for your order. The app allows you to select an existing drink recipe or create your own concoction. You can also modify an existing drink by removing or adding ingredients, adjusting the quantities of ingredients, adding garnishes, or modifying the robot’s actions. With the app, you can create an almost unlimited number of nonalcoholic or alcoholic drink combinations. You can also name your own drink and save it for a future order.

After ordering the tablet notifies you of your position in the drink queue and the wait time for your drink order. A video wall displays a description of the drinks in process and the ingredients used as the drink is being made. When your drink is finished, you are notified through the tablet, the video wall, and an email.

There is also a bar with human bartenders located in the front of the Tipsy robots. The bar serves signature cocktails, shots, premixed drinks, frozen drinks, soda, and water. It also serves beer and wine (which are not served by the robot bartenders). All drinks are served in plastic cups so you can take your drink with you to the strip or the Miracle Mile Shops.

Final Tips: The bar is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 11 pm (On Friday and Saturday the bar is open to midnight). Patrons must be 21 years old or older to enter the premises. Most drinks cost an average of $14. The bar only serves drinks but there are several restaurants nearby.
